There currently is no vaccine passport programs installed by the government in Hawaii. We have also begun to accept international vaccines as well.As of March 6th 2022, Honolulu county has discontinued its “Safe Access Oahu” program, and Maui county has discontinued its “Safer Outside” program. If you are traveling with minors/children, 5yrs and up MUST at least have a negative COVID test from said list as well. You can also check out CLEAR and CommonPass as well if they have any of their own listed partners that may be closer to you. Please see if necessary /travel-partners for a list of partners accepted within Hawaii for landing. Booster shots are NOT at this time counted against you, only the first two. Please ensure you are not traveling within the 15 day grace period of your second shot (IE: if you took your second shot on 11/25/21 and come 11/27/21 with no Trusted Partner Test, quarantine!). We ensure it’s uploaded, check out the card and if all follows the rules, you get a little pass that works like a wristband anyway. You more than likely will not get the wristband as a lot of the airlines seem to want the PHYSICAL copy. Yes, a photo or digital copy upon arrival to Hawaii is fine.
